June 27th witnessed the execution of a strategic cooperation agreement between C&D Merchandise and Jingwei Textile Machinery.

According to the agreement, the two parties will persist in their environmental endeavour and innovation-driven approach and jointly provide long-term, comprehensive, customized services for upstream and downstream customers in the textile industry in a number of areas, such as the supply chain of textile raw materials, yarn sales, and equipment leasing. This will be done using their complementary advantages, i.e. Jingwei's in the market as a supplier of whole process cotton spinning equipment, and C&D Merchandise's in supply chain-related risk control, with the purposes of empowering the trading platform and building their own financial eco-system.
