On April 18, the main structure of the first and second phases of the Xiahu resettlement-type commercial housing project, built by Lianfa Group, was fully topped out ahead of schedule. The total construction area of Phase I is about 132,100 square meters; Phase II, as one of the key projects in Xiamen, has a total construction area of about 354,800 square meters.
